Hannibal George Marchan

Hannibal George Marchan holds an extensive and diverse professional background, currently serving as a Training Facilitator, Instructional Designer, and Executive Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison since July 2020. Marchan is also a Graduate School Faculty member at the University of Asia and the Pacific and holds various roles including Workshop Facilitator and Executive Coach at Kaizen Leadership Asia, and Contributing Writer for multiple publications such as Manila Standard and The Manila Times. Additionally, Marchan is a Faculty Instructor at De La Salle University and President of the Human Development Academy. Previous experience includes the role of Assistant Manager for Operations at FactSet. Educationally, Marchan is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business at De La Salle University, has earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Makati, and holds degrees in Political Science and Transportation Management from the University of Makati and Polytechnic University of the Philippines, respectively.
