Kelly Black

Kelly Black serves as the Global Director of Customer Success at LHH since August 2022, following a brief tenure as a Customer Success Manager at CoachHub in mid-2022. With a solid background in customer success and account management, previous positions include Account Manager for Career Solutions and Manager of Projects & Administration at Lee Hecht Harrison from 2013 to 2022. Additional experience includes freelance project management at KABBY Inc., coordination roles at The Coca-Cola Company and McDonald's Corporation, and marketing positions at MLSE and Labatt Breweries of Canada. Kelly Black holds an Associate degree in Theology and Education from the University of Northern Iowa and Emmaus Bible College.
