Luca Allaria is a Certified Professional Coach and Independent Trainer specializing in leadership and talent development, change management, and team dynamics. Since March 2017, Luca has operated Luca Allaria Coaching Consulting Training, offering coaching services that leverage the Hogan Assessment Systems.
