Paula McCashin

Paula McCashin is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Hudson RPO since November 2016, Paula supports recruitment efforts at AstraZeneca. Prior to this, Paula functioned as the Talent Acquisition Lead for GSK ANZ, focusing on uniting science and talent to enhance global health outcomes. Experience at Swisse Wellness as a Recruitment Partner contributed to the company’s mission of promoting health globally. Paula also held pivotal roles at Fonterra, focusing on recruitment leadership in Australia, and began their career at Hudson and Parker Bridge, where proficiency in accounting and finance recruitment was developed. Paula holds a joint LLB/BA degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Canterbury, earned between 1994 and 1999.
