Mark Wellings

Mark Wellings is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in investment banking, asset management, and technical leadership within the mining and resource sectors. Currently serving as Vice-Chairman and VP Technical at Lithium Royalty Corp since June 2018, and as Lead Director at Li-Cycle since July 2019, Mark also holds the position of Director at Timbercreek Asset Management. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at INFOR Financial Group Inc. and as Managing Director of Investment Banking at GMP Securities L.P. Mark Wellings holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
