The board of directors at Li-Cycle has a wide range of experience in the industry, with members coming from a variety of backgrounds. These include CEO and President of Cyclic Materials, Associate Professor at Queen's University, Metallurgist at Barrick Gold Corporation, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of British Columbia. The board also has experience with investment banking, asset management, and advising for companies such as Lithium Royalty Corp., Nano One Materials Corp., and Qinghai Taifeng Pulead Lithium Energy Co Ltd.
