Niko Sorvisto is an experienced professional in customer relationship management, currently serving as a Key Account Manager and previously as an Account Manager at Liana Technologies since August 2018. Niko focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value and minimizing churn by ensuring customers realize the value of their solutions.
