Daniele Delgrosso

Daniele Delgrosso has a long history of work experience in the tech industry. Daniele began their career in 2007 as a Specialist & Developer at Apple, where they developed and designed internal systems and web applications for Apple Retail, including the London flagship store, and AppleCare. Daniele was also an IS&T Champion, maintaining and supporting internal systems/servers for the London flagship store, as well as an internal technical and creative trainer for Apple employees. In 2012, they moved to Sky, where they developed the original 'Sky Service' app for iOS and Android, 'Sky Rewards' and 'Sky at the O2' pages on sky.com in the Sky Rewards/Service team. In 2015, they joined Vungle as an Innovation Lead, Systems - Creative Labs, where they directed the product design, user experience and technical architecture of Adaptive Creative, one of Vungle's core products. Daniele also managed the Creative Ad Innovation roadmap and project operations within the Creative Labs team, designing and prototyping new products for testing and GTM. In their role as Senior UX Engineering Lead, Creative Labs, they led UI/UX design for Vungle's 'Dynamic Template' ads, which were showcased at the GDC Conference in San Francisco. Daniele also established Vungle's UX best practices for interactive and mobile product experiences, and oversaw quality-control in maintaining optimal ad experience testing with global QA/Program teams. As Interactive Creative Designer, Creative Labs, they headed up design/technical roadmaps for design systems, interactive, AR, and game experiences. In 2022, they co-founded Libation Labs, Inc., a game studio focusing on Web3 technology to bring the alcohol industry to the metaverse, which was funded by Hyper. Hyper Season II is scheduled for Spring 2022.

Daniele Delgrosso has a strong educational background. Daniele completed a Computing and Internet Systems MSc at King's College London from 2010 to 2011, and a Computing with Database Systems BSc at the University of Roehampton from 2007 to 2010, achieving a 1:1 First Class Honours. Daniele also holds additional certifications, including Leading like a Futurist from LinkedIn (obtained in June 2021), Harvard ManageMentor from Harvard Business School (obtained in December 2019), Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn (obtained in July 2019), Running a Design Business: Leading a Creative Team from LinkedIn (obtained in July 2019), Communication for Product Managers from LinkedIn (obtained in June 2019), Design Thinking: Understanding the Process from LinkedIn (obtained in April 2018), Leadership from Aspire Leadership (obtained in October 2016), and Certified Akamai Administrator - Terra Alta from Akamai Technologies (obtained in August 2013).
