Iris Cuevas Martinez

Iris Cuevas Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Iris currently works at Libelium as the Calibration Laboratory Manager, where they are responsible for the technical direction of the calibration laboratory, development and application of calibration procedures, quality control, and issuance of certificates. Prior to this, they served as the CTIO Chief Technology Innovation Officer at HOPU, a Libelium company, where they managed the innovation department and led the development of new products and capabilities for hardware and software. Iris also worked as a Project Manager in R&D&i projects in the ICT line, managing hardware product development and designing experiments for product validation at HOPU. Iris also gained experience at GESTIRIEGO, where they performed quality control functions for raw materials and final products, collaborated with the production department and R&D+i, and participated in product development. Earlier in their career, they interned at Martínez Ayala Inks, contributing to ink development and Pantone comparison, and at Plásticos Hita, where they assisted with quality management and system monitoring. Iris also interned at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, focusing on managing mobility problems and implementing curricular adaptations for students with disabilities.
