Olivier Jarry

Olivier Jarry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Olivier currently serves as the CFO of Rational Vaccines, where they are responsible for developing therapeutic and prophylactic vaccines against herpes simplex viruses. Prior to this, they co-founded LiberaBio, a pre-clinical oncology company focused on targeted drug delivery to tumor and metastatic cells. As the Managing Director of Atlas Advisors, LLC, Olivier provided advisory capabilities across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia in the field of M&A. Olivier has also been involved in organizations such as Executive Forum and the American Diabetes Association, serving as a member and board member respectively. Olivier has demonstrated their expertise in the life sciences industry through their role as the Managing Partner of IMAGIANCE LLC and as a Senior Advisor at Columbia Capital Securities, where they focused on business development and alliances. Olivier has also held executive positions at DarioHealth Corp., where they served as President & Chief Commercial Officer, and LIFNano Therapeutics, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Olivier's work experience reflects their strong background in finance, business development, and the life sciences.

Olivier Jarry has a diverse education history that spans over several years. Olivier obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Executive MBA and International Business from TRIUM Global Executive MBA, HEC Paris, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and NYU Stern School of Business between 2006 and 2008. Prior to their MBA studies, Olivier earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Defense Systems from ISAE-SUPAERO in 1984, and an MSc degree in Aerospace from CentraleSupélec between 1980 and 1983. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained the Investment Banking Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications from FINRA.
