John McKenna

John McKenna has a diverse work experience with a strong background in public affairs and strategic communications. John has held roles such as Interim Director of Operations at the Liberal Party of Canada, Board Member at the Empire Club of Canada, and Principal at JM Consulting. John also worked as a Senior Consultant at Hansell McLaughlin Advisory Group, providing public affairs and strategic communications advice to various clients. Additionally, John served as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Government of Ontario, where they played a key role in major cross-government initiatives focused on reconciliation with Indigenous people. John has also held positions at the Chrystia Freeland Campaign, Liberal Party of Canada (Ontario), Kickstand Sessions, Pharmilink Healthcare Marketing Services, and Positive Fulfillment Services Ltd.

John McKenna attended Dawson College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a DEC in Commerce and Economics. After completing their studies at Dawson College, they went on to Queen's University, where they earned a B.A. (Honours) degree in Economics from 2005 to 2009.
