Kristine Suh, CPC, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kristine began their career with Aramark as a Catering Manager, overseeing events with guest counts ranging from 50-400. Later, they worked for the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality, serving as the National Membership Director and later the National Chairperson, where they managed board members located across the country and organized conferences.
Kristine then joined Marriott International as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing shifts and creating schedules for a Midtown Manhattan hotel. Kristine also worked within the Collective Bargaining Agreement to maintain a cooperative environment in a unionized hotel. Following this, they worked at Chartbeat as the Manager of People and Culture, where they helped media companies understand and monetize the attention earned by their content.
In 2018, Kristine joined Some Spider Studios as the Senior Director of People and Culture, where they established the company's culture, implemented an internal recruiting process, and created an onboarding program. Kristine also organized townhall meetings and assisted with employee relations.
Subsequently, Kristine served as the Operations Manager at PRESS Modern Massage before joining Sheltering Arms as the Director of Recruiting. In this role, they built up the recruiting function within a non-profit company, managed a recruiting team, and project managed large-scale employment transitions.
Kristine then joined Upswing, first as the People Operations Manager, overseeing HR functions, before becoming the Associate Director of Operations. Currently, Kristine is the Director of People and Culture at Oil Change International, where they are responsible for overseeing the organization's people and culture initiatives.
Outside of their full-time roles, Kristine also operates their own company, Kesa Coaching and Consulting LLC, providing HR and recruiting services to organizations and individual coaching in life, leadership, and career development.

Kristine Suh, CPC holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Boston University. Kristine also holds a B.S.B.A in Business Administration and Management from Boston University. In addition to their degrees, they are a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Coach Training World and has a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
