Andrew Offer

Andrew Offer, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Serving as General Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Scientific Health Development since November 2007, Andrew also holds the positions of Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Andrew is an active member of the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Mindera Health, Podimetrics, Potrero Medical, Empirical Spine, Inc., Arctx Medical, and Liberate Medical. Andrew has previously served on the Board of Directors for Sight Sciences, Inc., Channel Medsystems, and LiveProcess. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Andrew has demonstrated a commitment to driving innovation and growth in the healthcare industry.
