Operations and Compliance

The Operations and Compliance team at Liberty ARC ensures the seamless execution and coordination of the organization's various programs and services for individuals with developmental and other disabilities. This team is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency across the board, managing facilities, overseeing employment and community-based services, and ensuring adherence to corporate compliance and quality standards. They also handle construction projects, manage electronic records, and support human resources functions to deliver top-quality care and assistance to nearly 580 individuals in the community.
