Mariam Odilavadze

Mariam Odilavadze serves as an Assistant Professor at Alte University since September 2024, while also holding the position of Head of Research Group and Customer Experience Manager at Liberty Bank since September 2021. Mariam has contributed as a Research Analyst at Liberty Bank and as a Guest Specialist at the Free Academy of Tbilisi since September 2022. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Research and Monitoring Specialist at IRAO - Insurance Company from December 2019 to August 2021, and as a Service Support Consultant at PSP Pharmacy from July 2016 to May 2018. Mariam began a professional career with an internship in the Business Research Department at ACT - Analysis and Consulting Team in late 2015. Education background includes a PhD in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Psychological Assessment/Diagnostics and Consultation, both obtained from Tbilisi State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree from the same institution.
