Sophio Khatchapuridze began their work experience in 2013 as a Universal Teller at Bank of Georgia. Sophio then took on roles such as Relationship Banker and Senior Relations officer/Generalist (HR) before becoming a Senior Employee Relations Officer. In 2019, they became a Senior HR Administrative Officer. In 2020, they joined Liberty Bank as an HR Generalist_Information Technology and later became a Tech HRBP. Sophio then moved to europebet in 2021 as a Tech HR Business Partner before returning to Liberty Bank in 2022 as the Head of IT Human Resources Development and Support Unit.
Sophio Khatchapuridze completed their education with a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Finance and Banking, from Tbilisi State University from 2013 to 2015. Sophio began their academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, also from Tbilisi State University, from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from Liberty Bank in 2022.
