Pamela Days-Luketich has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pamela began their career at Chelsea Groton Bank in 1989, where they served as an Accounting Department Manager until 2005. In this role, they managed various accounting responsibilities. Pamela then transitioned to Three Rivers Community College in 2000, where they worked as an Adjunct Professor of Economics and First Year Experience until 2015. During this time, they taught economics and mentored first-year students. In 2005, they returned to Chelsea Groton Bank as an AVP/CRA Coordinator/Community Outreach Officer. In this role, they established and maintained relationships with community organizations, delivered financial education curriculum, and facilitated financial seminars. In 2012, they also became an Adjunct Professor of Financial Accounting at Mitchell College, where they taught financial accounting until 2014. Most recently, they joined Liberty Bank - CT in 2017 as a Vice President, Community Development/Community Outreach Officer, focusing on community development and outreach initiatives.
Pamela Days-Luketich has a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Assumption University. Pamela also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and Management from the University of New Haven.
