David Cagle

A native of Amarillo, David attended Southern Methodist University and received a BBA in Finance, with a Minor in Performance - Trombone. He began his banking career in 1986 with InterFirst Bank Dallas (now Bank of America), working primarily in the energy lending group. In 1998, David joined Credit Agricole in Dallas as head of corporate underwriting for the Southwest Region and eventually the North and South America groups. In 2012, David was head of the Dallas energy lending team at Comerica and six years later joined Liberty Capital Bank. He serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of KidLinks, a non-profit focused on improving the lives of children with intellectual disabilities through therapeutic musical. He also serves on the Board of the St. Nicholas Home, a state-licensed, full-time residence for adults with special needs. David remains active in music performance and enjoys traveling with his wife. They attend Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, where their son participates in a Sunday respite program called Epiphany. He and his wife, Dana, have been married almost 30 years and have two grown children. As the father of a special needs son, David is active in the special needs community.
