Charles Cascarilla

Charles Cascarilla is the CEO and Co-Founder of Paxos, a New York-regulated financial institution dedicated to creating a global, frictionless economy by digitizing all asset classes for instantaneous movement. In addition to their role at Paxos, Cascarilla serves as a Founding Board Member of the Association for Digital Asset Markets and a Partner at Liberty City Ventures, which invests in disruptive internet and mobile startups. Previously, Cascarilla co-founded Cedar Hill Capital Partners, where Charles was a Portfolio Manager and Head of Research, and held positions as a Portfolio Manager at Claiborne Capital Management and a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, following an Analyst role at Bank of America. Cascarilla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
