Luis Fonseca

Luis Fonseca has over 30 years of work experience in human resources and labor relations. Luis has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages and Coca-Cola North America Group. Their responsibilities included negotiating labor agreements, managing employee relations, and conducting arbitrations. Luis also has experience in the healthcare industry, where they were responsible for recruitment, benefits, compliance, and training as the Director of Human Resources at Atlanticare Health System. Additionally, they served as an Officer & Business Agent at IBT Local Union 331, where they negotiated contracts and processed grievances. Luis began their career as an Employee/Labor Relations Specialist at Trump Marina Casino, where they handled employee and labor relations for the gaming floor and support staff positions.

Luis Fonseca completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Business from Stockton University between 1991 and 1995. Luis later pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the New York Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009.
