Erica Boeke is the Founder/CEO of Liberty & Company, an Editorial-First Experiential Company. Erica is also the Co-Founder/CEO of XP Land. Prior to these positions, they worked at Condé Nast as Vice President, Experiential, where they led two acquisitions and integrated them into the company. Erica was responsible for creating profitable brand-building events and custom experiences. Prior to that, Erica worked at Fast Company as Head of Global Marketing, where they launched the company's in-house agency and developed profitable standalone businesses. Erica also worked at Architectural Digest as Vice President Marketing, transforming the marketing organization and launching new experiences like AD Oasis. Erica was the Executive Brand Director at WIRED, managing their integrated marketing team and executing numerous custom client programs. Erica also worked at The New York Times and GQ Magazine in marketing roles. Erica began their career as an Associate Editor for the San Francisco Giants, writing lifestyle articles for their magazine.

Erica Boeke holds a Master of Science in Journalism degree from Northwestern University. Erica also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from UC San Diego. Erica completed their high school education at Sunny Hills High School.
