Joseph Mosley

Joseph Mosley has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as the Assistant County Administrator for Liberty County, Georgia since March 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of County Manager for Wilkinson County Board of Commissioners from January 2017 to March 2020. Joseph's career also includes a tenure as City Manager in Metter from September 2004 to September 2015 and as Planning Director for the City of Statesboro from 1994 to 2004. Joseph earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Georgia Southern University, where studies spanned from 1984 to 1991.
