Karen Chaney

Karen Chaney has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of renal care. Karen began their career as a Clinical Manager at Rocky Mountain Dialysis in 1996. Karen later worked as a Product Training Specialist at Gambro Healthcare before becoming a Marketing Manager Clinical Services at Gambro Renal Products in 2000. In 2007, Karen joined Fresenius as an Associate Director Professional Education, where they were responsible for coordinating physician educational programs. Karen then took on the role of Director of Nurse Recruitment and Retention National Clinical Education Department at DaVita, Inc in 2008. Karen's responsibilities in this role included the management and development of various nurse programs. In 2009, they moved to Liberty Dialysis LLC as a Divisional Director of Quality, Regulatory, and Education. Currently, Karen holds the position of Regional Director of Education at Fresenius Medical Care since 2012.

Karen Chaney completed their Essentials degree in Business Management at Regis University in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McKendree University between 1992 and 1994. Karen'seducation began with an Associate degree in Nursing and Associate Liberal Arts from Kaskaskia College, which they earned from 1978 to 1980.
