Crystal Ho

Crystal Ho currently serves as the Operations Accounting Manager at Liberty Energy, where responsibilities include managing $400M of monthly revenue and enhancing decision-making efficiency by reducing data consolidation time. Prior experience at SLB includes roles as North America Billing and Reconciliation Manager, where Crystal managed $300M in receivables, and Operations Planning and Resource Manager, overseeing resource management and forecasting for significant expenditures. Crystal also held logistics management positions, leading teams and handling substantial monthly spends on chemical and proppant deliveries. Crystal began a Master of Business Administration program at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business in 2023 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
