Sean Farley, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Supply Chain & Technology at Liberty Furniture, where they oversee the global supply chain and technology functions. Prior to this role, Sean was the Senior Director of Operations at Liberty Furniture, where they successfully led two warehouses in Atlanta and Chicago, implementing digital processes and enhancing safety culture.

Before joining Liberty Furniture, Sean worked at Siemens for a significant period. During their tenure, they held various roles including Program Manager, Plant Manager, Customer Support Manager, Sales and Operations Planning Manager, Manager of Order Management, Warehouse Operations Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Materials Specialist. In these roles, Sean was involved in transformation projects, revenue growth, and operational excellence initiatives.

Sean also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Georgia Southern University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications including Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS - The Association for Operations Management, which they obtained in January 2012, and Lean - Six Sigma Black Belt from BMG - Breakthrough Management Group University, which they obtained in August 2008.
