Gaya Upton-Hansen

Gaya Upton-Hansen currently serves as the Global Director of Talent, Leadership and Learning at Liberty Global since October 2022, where responsibilities include designing leadership development programs and supporting executive coaching. Previously, Gaya held multiple leadership roles at Vodafone, including Global Talent Manager and Global Leadership & Talent Manager, focusing on talent activities across corporate functions and implementing impactful leadership programs. Experience at Unilever involved managing learning budgets and talent development initiatives, while earlier roles at Deutsche Telekom AG centered on risk management and HR functions. Gaya began an academic journey with a master's degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics, following a bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
