Lauren Dolan

Lauren Dolan serves as the Managing Director, People (HR) for Corporate Functions and Growth Assets at Liberty Global since April 2014. In this role, Lauren is responsible for end-to-end HR support encompassing strategic business partnering, executive hiring, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, culture initiatives, and employee relations. Lauren has held multiple leadership positions at Liberty Global, including Managing Director, Global head of Talent & Development, and Vice President, Global People Strategy & Culture. Prior to Liberty Global, Lauren worked at Mercer from June 2006 to March 2014 as a Principal Consultant in Human Capital, engaging in HR strategy and organizational transformation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, additional studies at IMD, and a Bachelor's of Science in Management, Economics, and Marketing from Purdue University.
