Sean Rul

Sean Rul currently serves as the VP of IT Strategy and Vendor Management at Liberty Global since June 2016, overseeing IT strategy, architecture, vendor management, and commercial performance. Previously, Sean held the position of Director of IT Budget and Governance at Liberty Global, focusing on financial and risk management for the IT department across a Pan-European footprint. Prior experiences include roles as Manager of the IT Business Office at Telenet, a consultant in the Business Technology Office at McKinsey & Company, and co-founder of Dwengo. Sean's educational background includes a PhD in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science and an MSc in Engineering Computer Science, both from Ghent University.
