Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith serves as the National Training Director at Liberty Military Housing since February 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the National Training Department, developing onboarding programs for Maintenance and Operations staff, and generating various training materials. Previously held the position of Sr. National Maintenance Training Manager, focusing on the development of role-specific training content. Prior experience includes roles such as Portfolio Maintenance Director and Senior Maintenance Manager at AvalonBay Communities, and Service Manager at Simpson Property Group, among others, with expertise in site inspections, quality control, and community management. Kyle's career began as a Construction Engineer Intern at WE O'NEIL. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from San Diego State University.
