Tyler Deschanel

Tyler Deschanel is a seasoned professional in the cosmetics industry with extensive experience in training and sales leadership. Currently serving as the National Training Director and International Artist & Trainer for Sisley Paris since November 2017, Tyler has previously held significant roles such as Regional Account Executive for LORAC Cosmetics and Northeast Artistry Trainer for Smashbox Cosmetics. With a strong background in overseeing national accounts, driving business growth, and elevating retail performance at major retailers like Ulta and Sephora, Tyler has demonstrated expertise in coaching and inspiring artistry teams to achieve sales goals. Prior positions include managerial roles at Ulta and MAC Cosmetics, providing a solid foundation in retail operations and team development. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from George Mason University.
