Desmond Tse has a diverse background in underwriting, specializing in commercial lines and technology. With experience at Liberty Mutual Canada and Marsh, Desmond has worked their way up from Associate Underwriter to Assistant Vice President. Desmond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto.
