Manuel Varela

Manuel Varela is an accomplished professional in the insurance and reinsurance sectors with extensive experience, currently serving as an Underwriter for Agri & Parametrics at Liberty Mutual Reinsurance since April 2023. Previously, Manuel spent over a decade at Aon, where roles included Marlin EMEA Underwriter for Property Fac, Business Analytics Manager for Startups & Insurtech Practice, and Specialty Lines Latam Analytics, along with senior positions in client management and new product development. Manuel holds a degree in Actuario, Economía from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by a Data Science certification from Digital House and a program in Applied Behavioral Design from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
