David Chandler is an experienced underwriting professional who has worked in the surety industry for over 15 years. David currently holds the position of Underwriting Manager at Liberty Mutual Surety™ since 2019. Prior to this role, David served as a Senior Underwriter at Markel International and as a Risk Director at Euler Hermes. David began their career as a Surety Underwriter at Coface before transitioning to a Claims Assessor role at Euler Hermes. David holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from Bournemouth University.
