Andrew Letendre

Andrew Letendre serves as the VP, HR Business Partner at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where strategic collaboration with Presidents of North America Commercial and Specialty insurance businesses is a primary focus. Previous roles include AVP, HR Business Partner for the Comparion Insurance Agency and VP of Talent Development within Liberty Mutual's Global Leadership, Learning, and Talent Organization. Additionally, Andrew held the AVP position for Human Resources Business Enablement, overseeing technology strategy and planning. Andrew's career began in information technology roles before transitioning to human resources, and currently also serves as a Visiting Senior Instructor in the Master of Human Resources Program at Framingham State University. Andrew holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BS from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
