Betsy Weingart

Betsy Weingart is a seasoned professional currently serving as Product Owner II at Liberty Mutual Insurance since March 2012, with previous roles as Project Manager I and Senior Business Analyst. Betsy specializes in enhancing the Claims Telephony Caller Experience, successfully managing projects that improved customer service efficiency, including a Natural Language Understanding initiative that reduced IVR time and significantly boosted self-service resolutions. Additionally, Betsy has extensive experience in telephony infrastructure, analytics, and project management within an agile framework, contributing to cost savings and operational improvements in the Next Generation Contact Center project. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Betsy held positions as an Assistant Accountant at Trailtex LLC and Retail Manager at Earthtec Outfitters, along with serving as a Camp Counselor at Camp Asbury, which helped develop strong interpersonal skills. Betsy holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
