Charlie Heiberg

Charlie Heiberg has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Technology at Liberty Mutual Insurance since 2008, where previous roles included Director of IT and Manager of Application Portfolio and Software Development. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Charlie worked at Safeco Insurance from 1996 to 2008, holding positions such as Manager of IT Global Process, ITSM Manager, IS Project Manager, and roles as a System Analyst and Business Analyst. Charlie began their career as an Environmental Engineer at Climax Molybdenum Company from 1995 to 1996. Charlie holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
