Charlotte M. Streat

Charlotte M. Streat is an accomplished leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in strategic talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as SVP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Liberty Mutual Insurance since July 2013, Charlotte also has a background as a Senior Talent Advisor and Management System Coach, focusing on driving talent outcomes and implementing LEAN principles. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Charlotte held the CEO position at Building Impact, where responsibilities included developing organizational culture and long-term strategies. Additional experience includes roles at Bank of America as SVP of eCommerce Product Executive, leading initiatives to enhance customer experiences and organizational culture. Charlotte holds an MBA from Simmons College and a BA in Japanese and Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
