Crista Walker

Crista Walker is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Vice President of Agent Engagement & Technology at Liberty Mutual Insurance since October 2019. In this role, Crista leads B2B channel go-to-market and marketing technology strategies for a $12 billion business, focusing on unifying advanced marketing automation and engagement strategies. Prior to this position, Crista held various roles at Liberty Mutual and Safeco Insurance, including Vice President of Channel Engagement and Vice President of Channel Engagement at Safeco Insurance, where significant achievements in personalization and automation were realized. Previous experience includes strategic communications leadership at Corbis and JeffreyM Consulting, as well as military service as a Broadcast Journalist for the US Army. Crista holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Mount Saint Mary College and pursued a Master’s degree in Communication in Digital Media at the University of Washington.
