Henry Veguilla

Henry Veguilla is a seasoned executive with significant experience in strategy, planning, and operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Engagement in the Office of Sustainability at Liberty Mutual Insurance since September 2011, Henry leads sustainability initiatives and collaborates with senior leadership to advance global ESG objectives. Previous roles include Lead Transformation Officer and Head of Integration and Operations at Ironshore U.S., where responsibilities focused on transforming strategic direction and operations, and Vice President of Marine Distribution at Liberty International Underwriters--Americas, where a five-year growth strategy was developed. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice-President and Director of Operations at Starr Companies, and as a Management Consultant at Quanta Capital Holdings. Henry holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting from Georgetown University.
