Jeanne Giordano

Jeanne Giordano is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Liberty Mutual Insurance since January 2006, Jeanne specializes in full life cycle recruiting for National Insurance Underwriting and Distribution as well as North American Specialty Insurance Underwriting, primarily across the Western United States. Jeanne has a strong passion for helping individuals find suitable career opportunities and has played a key role in building a recruiting function from the ground up, including creating a Recruiter Driven selection process and training managers in Behavioral Interviewing techniques. Previous experience includes a role as Sr. Recruiter at Experian, where recruitment focused on client service and sales roles related to credit and marketing data, as well as a position as Area Recruiter at Avis, where Jeanne designed a recruiting function for multiple states and various job levels. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Illinois State University.
