Jens Braun

Jens Braun has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Team Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance since March 2013, Jens oversees a team of adjusters, focusing on training, development, and quality assurance through monthly file audits. Prior to this role, Jens worked at Travelers from July 2009 to February 2013 as a Technical Specialist and Unit Manager, managing complex claims and supervising team activities across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. Jens previously held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Team Manager and Team Director, where responsibilities included managing remote claims adjusters and providing coaching and training. Jens's career began at Wal-Mart Stores as an Assistant Store Manager from June 1993 to September 1996, managing a large retail operation. Educational achievements include a Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of North Texas.
