John Belge, PCC, CPCC, is a seasoned Agile Coach and Executive Coach currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Liberty Mutual Insurance since April 2017, leading the transformation towards collaborative, metric-based Agile methodologies. With extensive experience in guiding teams and senior leaders, John also operates John Belge Coaching, offering direct coaching to business leaders and Ph.D. candidates. Previous roles include Scrum Master and Agile Evangelist at Sanofi, where John introduced Agile methods in an FDA-regulated environment, and Director of Software Development at AmerisourceBergen/IntrinsiQ, where John spearheaded a flagship healthcare application. John holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Syracuse University and various Agile coaching certifications, enhancing a robust career that spans multiple industries and organizational transformations.
