Josh McGuire

Josh McGuire has extensive experience in product ownership and leadership within the insurance technology sector, currently serving as Director Product Owner for Solutions in Small Commercial Product at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Since joining the company in 2007, McGuire has held various leadership roles, including Senior Product Owner for Underwriting Effectiveness and Director of Strategic Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed agile transformations, vendor management, and continuous process improvement. Prior to Liberty Mutual, McGuire served as an instructor at Ball State University and founded Thought Bottle Software, a Mac software development company. McGuire holds an MBA from Ball State University and completed a program in Leading Operational Excellence at MIT Sloan School of Management.
