Kathrine Berjoan

Kathrine Berjoan has extensive experience within Liberty Mutual Insurance, serving as the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement for Direct Distribution since July 2015, following roles as Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Consultant. Kathrine began with Liberty Mutual as an MBA Intern and participated in the Corporate Development Program as a Summer Associate. Prior experience includes consulting at Development Guild/DDI, a firm dedicated to supporting nonprofits. Kathrine holds an M.B.A. from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with distinction from the University of Virginia, where additional studies in Hispanic Studies were also completed.
