Sahil Grover

Sahil Grover currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Strategy & Sourcing for Enterprise Transformation & Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Genpact from July 2016 to July 2023, where Sahil held multiple roles including Senior Manager for Insurance Growth & Strategy and Digital Transformation, as well as Chief of Staff for the Insurance Business Leader & COO. Previous internships include a Marketing role at Corning Incorporated in June 2015 and an internship at Manaar Research and Consulting, focused on Educational Institution Benchmarking. Sahil was actively involved in Model UN at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, serving as President and General Secretary, conducting training workshops, and participating in various conferences. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree from Ashoka University through the Young India Fellowship and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Delhi University, following a high school education at Ryan International School.
