Shayna Fisher

Shayna Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Operations Enablement at Liberty Mutual Insurance since October 2013, Shayna leads a team focused on delivering strategic projects that enhance core talent operations across various areas, including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and DEI. Previous roles at Liberty Mutual include Manager of Global Talent Consulting & Solutions and Principal HR Generalist. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Shayna held positions at EMC as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist within the Unified Storage Division, and began the career as an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shayna holds a BBA in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
