Sherry Xie

Sherry Xie has extensive experience in global transfer pricing and international tax operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Transfer Pricing at Liberty Mutual Insurance since May 2019. Prior to this role, Xie was the Vice President of Operations at BlockTEST LLC, where responsibilities included establishing international tax structures and overseeing startup operations. Xie's background also includes positions as a Global Tax Senior Manager at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, managing transfer pricing and international tax processes, and as a Manager at EY and Deloitte, focusing on IRS audit defense and economic analysis for multinational companies. Xie's career began at Analysis Group, where financial analyses were conducted in complex litigation cases. Xie holds a B.A. in Economics from Zhejiang University and is a PhD candidate (ABD) in Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder.
