Tiffany Nguyen

Tiffany Nguyen currently serves as Director of Enterprise Transformation & Solutions and Director of Global/U.S. Retail Markets Finance at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities include driving change through data-driven insights to enhance billing experiences and financial operations while managing a global team of analysts. Previous roles at Liberty Mutual spanned multiple positions in Advanced Analytics, including Consultant/Manager and Senior Analyst, as well as an Internship in the Analyst Development Program. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Tiffany served as Quality Control Administrator/Trainer at Financial Aid Services, University of Massachusetts Amherst. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Information and Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
