Tricia Pelz

Tricia Pelz is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience and digital services. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer for Global Digital Services at Liberty Mutual Insurance since February 2022, Tricia has held key leadership roles such as Director of User Experience for Corporate Functions and Director of Product Design at Progressive Leasing. Previous positions include Group Design Manager at Bluehost and Senior Manager of User Experience at Asurion, where Tricia advanced through various design-related roles. Additionally, Tricia worked as a Principal User Experience Designer at Pelz Wood and held research and teaching positions at the University of Victoria, where Tricia earned a BSc in Computer Science. Tricia's diverse background spans both practical and academic arenas in software engineering and interaction design.
