Alfredo Rosales

Alfredo Rosales is an experienced engineer specializing in retail testing and fault resolution, currently working at Liberty Networks since May 2023. With a long tenure at Cable & Wireless Communications since August 2011, Alfredo oversees service cycles and quality control for key accounts in the LATAM market and the Caribbean. Prior experience includes roles at Columbus Networks as a NOC Engineer where daily operations of cable station facilities were managed, and as Teleport Manager at Andesat S.A. directing a team of engineers. Alfredo started in the satellite engineering field at Telpan USA, coordinating installations and maintaining satellite systems. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, attained over the course of 17 years.
